The Essential Brazilian Spa Product Refund and Return Policy
We want you to be completely satisfied with your product purchase. If you are not happy with your purchase for any reason, you may return the product within 30 days of the purchase date for a full refund or exchange. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in the original packaging.
If you received a damaged or defective product, we will gladly exchange it for the same item. Please contact our customer service within 15 days of receiving the product to arrange for an exchange.
We only provide refunds on items that can be returned as unused and in the same condition as it was received. If you would like a refund and those requirements are met, please follow these steps:

- Provide your order number, the name of the product you wish to return, and the reason for the return.
- You will receive instructions on where to send the product.
Once we receive the returned item, we will inspect it and notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If the return is approved, we will process your refund to the original method of payment within 7-10 business days.
Certain items are not eligible for return or refund, including:
- Gift cards
You are responsible for paying the shipping costs for returning your item unless the return is due to our error (e.g., a defective product). Shipping costs are non-refundable.
Late or Missing Refunds
If you haven’t received a refund yet, please check your bank account or credit card statement. It may take some time before your refund is officially posted. If you still haven’t received your refund, please contact your bank or credit card company.
